In 2018, as the Director of Special Finance at West Herr Automotive Group, John recognized the challenges in obtaining credit approvals for non-prime borrowers. John took it upon himself to develop a solution to help all dealers quickly align customer expectations, dealer inventory and sales strategy, and lender programs. He is passionate that Streamline is the "Lender Navigator, Switzerland” for auto dealerships and lenders. John continues to pursue win-win-win solutions for customers, dealers, and lenders as we grow from hundreds to thousands of dealers across the US.

John has 28 years of automotive finance experience including 8 years at Ford Motor Credit and 20 years retail with West Herr. He continues to hold the title of Director of Special Finance at West Herr, allowing him to stay close to the need.

John loves sharing his knowledge and passion for finance and customer experience. In his free time, he enjoys exercising and doing outdoor activities. John is a dedicated family man with his lovely wife Stacey and two teenage children, Madelyn, and Jake.

Husband, Father, Storyteller

Automotive executive with more than 20 years of experience at OEM and Retailer levels. Driven to help shape and improve the consumer experience at a dealership level. Matt is driving the Streamline ship. He believes our solution is a win for customers, dealers and lenders.

Matt was most recently the Director of Marketing at the West Herr Automotive Group, one of the largest dealership groups in the country. Previously at West Herr, he worked in sales, F&I, and management gaining valuable experience and perspective in the power of people in retail automotive. He started his career at Nissan North America, learning the importance positive customer experiences.

Goal Getter, Adventurer & Friend

Michele wears many hats. From implementation, to product management, special projects, and new hires, the list goes on. She joined the team after meeting Schulz and Matt in 2019. She's always looked for a career to challenge and give her the "warm and fuzzies". She knew Streamline was it from the first conversation.

Excited to help support dealers and lenders in creating a customer-first experience, she believes Streamline can make it happen. She loves being part of a tech startup, with nearly endless possibilities.

Outside of work you'll find her bringing people together (usually with food) and helping others achieve their goals.

Alex excels in generating effective solutions with a proven track record of success. Alex leverages his ability to develop custom tools tailored to meet our platform's operational requirements. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Alex developed and manages our data ecosystem data to tell our story of success.
