Founder | Family Man

John founded Streamline Auto Solutions because he believes there are significant knowledge gaps in the automotive industry as it relates to dealership personnel and lenders programs. John is leading the industry by connecting lenders to dealers in a way that creates a better experience for customers. He is the driving force behind our enterprise automotive finance technology within Streamline.

John has over 30 years of automotive finance experience. Most recently, he was the Director of Special Finance at West Herr Auto Group, a top twenty auto group in the US. He also held management roles at Ford Motor Credit Company. His experience, knowledge, and success from both sides of automotive finance has made John an expert in the space. He has a powerful perspective of the business from the consumer, lender, and dealer points of view. 

In his free time, John loves exercising, and doing outdoor activities. John is a dedicated family man along side his lovely wife Stacey and two teenage children, Madelyn and Jake.

Husband | Father | Storyteller

Automotive executive with more than 20 years' experience at OEM, retailer, and technology vendor levels. He is motivated to help shape and improve the consumer experience while empowering people at the dealership and lender to be more efficient and effective. Matt is driving the Streamline ship. He believes our solution is a win for customers, dealers, and lenders.

Matt was most recently the Director of Marketing at the West Herr Automotive Group, one of the largest dealership groups in the country. Previously at West Herr, he worked in sales, F&I, and management gaining valuable experience, and perspective in the power of people in retail automotive. He started his career at Nissan North America, learning the importance of positive customer experiences and the relationship between OEM and Franchise dealers. He is a graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder - Leeds School of Business, and a proud advocate for his hometown of Buffalo, NY.

Goal Getter | Adventurer | Friend

Michele wears many hats. From implementation, to product management, special projects, and leading everyday operations, the list goes on. She joined the team after meeting John and Matt in 2019. Excited to help support dealers and lenders in creating a customer-first experience, she believes Streamline can make make a positive impact on the industry. She always looked for a career to challenge and give her the "warm and fuzzies". She knew Streamline was it from the first conversation.

Michele has over 10 years technology and startup experience. Her career is not linear, but with her diverse background she brings a differing perspective to the team. She loves being part of a tech startup, with nearly endless possibilities.

Outside of work you'll find likely find her playing on the floor with her new son, Maxwell, and husband Rob. She loves bringing people together (usually around food) and helping others achieve their goals.

Entrepreneur | Industry Strategist

Brian is a seasoned entrepreneur with a deep understanding of the automotive industry. He co-founded and served as President of Inventory Command Center (ICC), which was later acquired by J.D. Power. Today, he continues to support J.D. Power while advising companies at various stages of growth, helping them navigate and innovate within the automotive space.

With over 20 years of experience, Brian has built strategic relationships with top industry players and led multiple national sales teams. Before founding ICC, he was VP of National Accounts and Business Development at Edmunds.com, where he helped grow OEM advertising revenue from $20 million to over $100 million. His career also includes leadership roles in marketing, communications, and business development at Creative Planet, Quatel, and his own successful startup, International Creative Alliance.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, where he was an NCAA Division I football player and team captain.

Brian enjoys life in Los Angeles with his wife, Sheila, and their two children.

Father | Go Getter | Cowboy

Brandon is a career "People Leader". Before joining Streamline, he held leadership roles at Walgreens as a Store Manager and at CarMax as a Cross-Functional Store Manager. Brandon thrives on building teams and driving growth, and he brings an unmatched energy and commitment to everything he takes on.

In his words "I am excited to have my thumb print embedded in something bigger than myself".
Brandon believes there is no task or project that he cannot accomplish and is willing charge into anything with 110% effort.

Outside of work Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and his 1-year-old son Calvin Michael. Brandon is an avid fisherman, a season ticket holder for THE Buffalo Bills and is a self-proclaimed BBQ Grill Master.

Emma joined Streamline as a marketing intern in 2023. Since then, she plays a key role in maintaining Streamline's UI/UX and marketing vision. She is the main point of contact for all dealer implementations. Emma is always up to learn something new, and find ways to help those around her. Emma uses the experience she has gained in her role to support the team and company vision.

Emma is an avid reader, do-it-yourselfer, and dog person. She's spends much of her free time hiking with her two Boston Terrier's Sage and Rhaenyra.

Michelle moved to Buffalo in 2023. In the spirit of adventure, she took a chance on a small startup in a completely new industry. Michelle is detail oriented and always up for a challenge. Her passion for optimizing processes and analyzing data helps our team stay ahead in the ever-changing automotive field. She works to keep the data accurate and supports the development team. She has enjoyed learning about the automotive industry and being able to work in a small close-knit team.

In her free time, Michelle spends a lot of time exploring her new city.
