Job Overview

We’re hiring a Client Services Manager to lead onboarding, activation, and long-term success for Streamline’s growing client base. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, ensure smooth implementation, and drive retention and expansion opportunities. You will serve as a strategic partner to customers while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to service
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and improve the customer experience
  • Drive renewals and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Advocate for customer needs in product planning and internal strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success roles
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and drive retention
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Client-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: Experience in automotive, SaaS, fintech, or financial services

Location: Florida
Employment type: Full-Time
Target compensation with bonus: $60-70K/yr
