We developed Streamline to make the customer experience better at the West Herr Automotive Group. In 2020, we decided every dealer in the country should have access to Streamline. Since then, we've proven that dealers of any size have measurable success using our tool.
With 39 rooftops, West Herr has thousands of vehicles to choose from. Sounds great, right? The reality was customers had a higher chance landing on a vehicle the bank won't approve. The bigger problem was explaining to customers why most cars in our inventory don't work, and getting them to believe us.
