25 Years of Automotive Finance Experience - lender/captive at Ford Motor Credit and 19 years retail with West Herr Automotive Group. John is also the Director of Special Finance. He founded Streamline because he believes every customer deserves a good experience, through transparency and knowledge.

John, loves sharing his knowledge and passion for finance and customer experience. He is a proud husband to Stacey and father of two teenagers.

Automotive executive with nearly 20 years of experience at OEM and Retailer levels. Driven to help shape and improve the consumer experience at a dealership level. Matt is driving the Streamline ship. He believes our solution is a win for customers, dealers and lenders.

Matt is also the Director of Marketing at the West Herr Automotive Group, one of the largest dealership groups in the country. Previously at West Herr, he worked in sales, F&I, and management gaining valuable experience and perspective in the power of people in retail automotive.

From sales to consulting dealer groups to F&I, John has over 25 years of Automotive experience. He's passionate about connecting people and helping them succeed.

John joined Streamline because he's motivated to help clients improve processes. He believes Streamline will enable dealers to speed up the process and improve the customer experience.

Goal Getter, Adventurer, Friend

New to the automotive industry, Michele is the wearer of all the hats. From implementation, to product management, special projects, and new hires, the list goes on. She joined the team after meeting Schulz and Matt in 2019. She's always looked for a career to challenge and give her the "warm and fuzzies". She knew Streamline was it from the first conversation.

Excited to help support dealers in creating a customer-first experience, she believes Streamline can make it happen. She loves being part of a tech startup, with nearly endless possibilities.

Outside of work you'll find her planning the next adventure near or far. More than that, she loves bringing people together (usually with food) and helping others achieve their goals.

Passionate about a better customer experience, and thrilled to be part of something innovative that is positively changing automotive retail for that cause. Excited to help dealers become industry leaders, and to make the automotive a better space for customers.

Jason, loves sharing his insights and enthusiasm for finance and customer experience. He is a proud husband to Melissa and father of two. When not in front of dealers, he can be found in the Florida Everglades fishing and taking in the wonderful wildlife.
